JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class. It is a judicial officer in the lower judiciary in India. The MPSC or Maharashtra Public Service Commission is a state agency in Maharashtra that conducts examinations for recruitment to various government posts, including JMFC.

The candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Examination will be called for the Main Examination. The candidates who qualify in the Main Examination will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the Main Examination, and interview.
